I had a question about the bolt spacing and which brackets I should use for my treehouse build, so I sent support an email. They got back to me the next day, and their answer was easy to follow, which was sooo appreciated.

The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that I did have to ask one more question to clear up a measurement. But they were helpful the whole time and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking, so overall I’d say the support was reeeally solid.

To be fair, I got exactly what I ordered, no missing bits and no wrong sizes. I’m happy with it overall, but the listing made it sound like there might be more included, so I did feel a little misled at first.

I tried using this with my treehouse kit, but the bracket holes just didn’t line up. It didn’t really fit the way I needed it to, so I couldn’t use it.

The wood seemed solid to me, and the pieces looked clean and well-finished. I don’t really have any complaints so far

I ordered a few parts for our treehouse and, to be fair, the wood finish was really nice. It felt smooth, didn’t have rough edges or weird marks, and looked better than I expected. I barely had to sand anything before putting it up, which definitely saved me time. The return process felt like it dragged on for ages, and the updates were super unclear at times. I was practically checking for progress like my life depended on it. It did get sorted in the end, thankfully, but wow, it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience...

The part that bothered me was the shipping cost. I knew heavy metal hardware wouldn’t be cheap to ship, but it still felt higher than I expected, and I felt a little misled once I got to checkout.
I’m happy with the products overall and would probably order again, but I wish the shipping costs were clearer upfront or just a bit more reasonable.
